Cathedral Carmel school is over 160 years strong feeding off of the life of a nearby 500-year-old oak. How amazing is that? And how do you think CCS has survived all these years? Just like the tree, it has been well nurtured and cared for. Well, it’s through parents like us having enough pride for our school to want to build it up and better it so that it can survive for years to come. As 2010 Auction Chairman and third generation CCS family, that is my motive. My father-in-law, Robert Trahan, taught me the true meaning of giving. His words echo in my head...
